Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance, preventive programs, and repair activities across production equipment. You will coordinate building, machinery, and grounds upkeep while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with OSHA Health and Safety rules and regulations.
• Experience with industrial plant electrical wiring and code requirements, PLC operation, troubleshooting, machine mechanical and electrical operation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform maintenance of building, machinery and grounds, procurement of materials.
• Manage or assist with facility renovations, upgrades, contractor assignments.
• Support environmental requirements, hazardous waste, health and safety for the facility, including lock out-tag out, fire sprinklers, extinguishers, forklifts.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 initiatives
• Make recommendations on building maintenance needs and improvements.
• Install electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors and other equipment.
• Test, maintain and evaluate electrical equipment.
• Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering and plumbing.
• Prepare accurate records for preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Follow established safety and environmental policies, procedures and methods.
