Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5-7 years hands-on maintenance experience including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC.
• Two years supervisory experience with demonstrated effectiveness or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient computer skills with Word, Excel and database.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct work activity of Maintenance and Crib Leaders. Motivate and empower subordinates. Develop subordinates including, but not limited to, constructing and executing development plans.
