Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician II for Midland, TX. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring reliability and safety of building systems and equipment.

You will support repairs, system installations, and CMMS-driven workflow to sustain facility operations. Candidate should have 5+ years in commercial/industrial maintenance, EPA 608 certification (or ability to obtain in 30 days), and proficiency with MS Office and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Technical training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Controls or Air Compressors
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/industrial facility maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Proficiency with CMMS/work order systems
• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree/technical schooling preferred
• Criminal background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities
