Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II in Midland, TX to join our maintenance team. You will maintain and repair building systems, manage preventive and corrective work, and support installations to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of commercial/industrial facility maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Controls background.
• High school diploma or GED; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain and update CMMS work orders.
• Assist with installations and building repairs.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation.
