Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to join our Midland, TX team. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable building systems and efficient facility operations, supporting repairs and installations while following CMMS-driven work orders.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years in commercial/industrial facility maintenance, a clean driving record, and proficiency with MS Office and CMMS tools; a high school diploma is required,

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenance.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's/technical degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with CMMS work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with repairs, installations, and equipment modifications.
• Review, create, and maintain work orders in CMMS.
• Inspect for unsafe conditions and perform reactive and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and outside contractors as needed.
