Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician II to perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems across multiple facilities. You will follow SOPs, safety policies, and document work orders in the CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to repair basic electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Strong written and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment (HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
• Complete work orders as assigned, documenting work and materials.
• Use CMMS to respond to, execute, and close requests.
• Provide general maintenance support across multiple facilities.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area.
