Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a maintenance/repair person.
• Extensive knowledge of building construction and maintenance trades.
• Must be able to comprehend service manuals, read gauges, write reports and logs.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Oversees work groups as directed by the Property Manager.
• Responds to maintenance requests and maintains safety.
• Makes safety and housekeeping improvements as needed.
• Oversees contracted service operations.
