Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Reno, NV seeks a skilled facilities maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related trades on hotel properties.

You will follow safety regulations, keep detailed maintenance logs, and respond to repair requests to keep operations running smoothly. Minimum three years' experience in hospitality maintenance; EPA licensed and HVAC knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a general building repair technician preferably involved in hospitality industry
• Must have knowledge in HVAC, Refrigeration and EPA licensed
• Worked in the Engineering or Facilities department in relation to general building maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform a combination of preventive maintenance, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and electrical maintenance throughout property
• Implement routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations
• Closely monitor effects of servicing and maintenance on condition; keep records of maintenance and testing
• Respond to Maximo work orders and keep daily logs
• Exemplify Caesars values and DEI culture
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
