Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager at our Indiana operations center. You will lead facility and maintenance functions, drive capital projects, and ensure safe, reliable production environments.

You’ll manage a team of technicians, coordinate with site leadership, and uphold GMP and environmental standards to maximize uptime. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, a BS or equivalent, and hands-on expertise with AutoCAD, MS Project,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years industrial maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical and electronics.
• Biomedical or pharmaceutical industry background is required.
• Experience with environmental monitoring systems and cold storage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of building, equipment, and grounds.
• Lead technicians, mechanics, and support staff to maintain availability.
• Direct capital and non-capital projects to improve capacity, quality, safety.
• Prepare 5-year capital plan and forecast, manage department budget.
• Act as Program Manager for capital projects, equipment installations, relocations.
• Ensure PM procedures, training, FAT/SAT, and validation are completed.
• Maintain GMP compliance and coordinate with site leadership.
