Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager Production to lead the manufacturing of all products at the local facility, ensuring production schedules are met and coordinating operations across Compounding, Molding/Trimming, and Finishing.

You will partner with Engineering to develop efficient processes, drive lean improvements, ensure quality, safety and environmental standards, and develop talent to sustain a high‑performing, compliant team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in manufacturing, engineering or applied sciences.
• Minimum 10 years leadership experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and cost improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and direct the manufacturing of all products at the site.
• Plan and schedule labor and equipment resources to meet production demands.
• Identify opportunities to improve service, reduce scrap and costs.
• Troubleshoot production processes to correct issues and improve control.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and SOP procedures.
• Report monthly metrics and support annual budgeting for production areas.
