Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Science or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of experience leading GMP manufacturing operations.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA/safety regulations and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Set the site strategy and lead the site team to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery and service targets.
• Ensure products meet customer agreements within quality limits and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service, quality and cost using lean practices.
• Provide monthly site performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
