Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks a skilled maintenance technician to manage facility projects and support holistic building management. You will perform mechanical, pneumatic maintenance and some basic electrical work, service multiple machines, and assist processes like QA and Engineering.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting from schematics, changeovers on vision systems, oil changes, and logging daily maintenance. Strong communication and adherence to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualifications not required; HS diploma or GED required.
• Associates or trade school certificate preferred for advanced maintenance roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems by reading schematics/prints and repair equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshoot and adjust ancillary equipment and perform adjustments on vision systems.
• Perform PMs, installations, and validations; source obsolete parts and document maintenance activities.
