WCF Insurance, based in Sandy, Utah, seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations of company-owned and leased properties. The role is full-time and on-site five days per week, with after-hours availability for emergencies.

You will manage maintenance, safety, vendor contracts, and space planning while supporting real estate development initiatives. The position requires five-plus years in commercial facilities management, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial facilities management.
• CFM designation preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, safety, and services.
• Manage vendor communications, contracts, proposals, and performance.
• Coordinate space planning and renovations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide timely reporting on facilities operations and projects.
