Job summary

WCF Insurance is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day operations of company-owned and leased properties in Sandy, Utah. The role oversees maintenance, safety, space planning, and renovations, with after-hours availability for emergencies and critical needs.

Five days on-site per week, reporting to the Manager, Regional Property Manager. The position requires strong leadership, contractor management, and construction-drawings proficiency, with experience in OSHA and building

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial facilities management.
• Seven to ten years of experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing contractors and vendor performance.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Understanding of building codes and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, safety, services including janitorial and grounds.
• Provide oversight and project management for construction projects.
• Coordinate space planning and implement changes as needed.
• Manage vendor communications, contracts and performance.
• Prepare timely reporting on facilities operations and projects.
