Job summary

WCF Insurance in Sandy, Utah seeks a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and adjustments of company-owned and leased properties. The role is full-time, on-site five days a week, reports to the Manager, Regional Property Manager, and supports real estate development initiatives.

You will manage vendor contracts, safety programs, space planning, and capital projects while coordinating with tenants and executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial facilities management.
• Seven to ten years preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing contractors and vendor performance.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, safety, and services.
• Lead space planning, renovations, and capital projects.
• Manage vendor communications, contracts, and performance.
• Provide timely reporting on facilities operations and issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA requirements.
