Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-skilled team responsible for daily maintenance and operations of a large campus in Bradley, IL. The role includes overseeing five supervisors and a technical estimator, managing safety, compliance, and vendor relations, and driving continuous improvement.

You will supervise maintenance tasks, coordinate reactive work, and report on SLAs and KPIs to support FM operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree preferred; 10+ years in utilities/facilities if no degree.
• experience managing large multi-skilled teams and contractors.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or similar HS training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors and support 24/7 plant operations.
• Oversee planned maintenance, reactive calls, and monthly SLA reporting.
• Manage contractors on-site and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop project scopes, budgets and schedules for facilities upgrades.
• Assist Site Director with budgeting, invoicing, and cost controls.
