Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of client facilities. You will manage a facilities team, supervise maintenance programs, and ensure services align with policy and ownership directives.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of facility management experience with at least 3 years at the level of Facility Manager.
• Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management.
• Experience with human resource and performance management processes.
• Experience with critical system environments preferred.
• CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, ensuring services are delivered and needs are met per policy and ownership directives.
• Lead the facility management team in maintenance programs for interior/exterior conditions and operation.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated budgets, financial reports, contracts, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate contract reviews and ensure insurance requirements are met; drive cost-effective service delivery.
