The role requires 3+ years in facilities operations, knowledge of building systems, CMMS proficiency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of facilities/maintenance experience.
Experience with facility maintenance programs, work orders, or building operations.
Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or automation).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, work orders, and support of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
Support operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated systems (OSR, A-Frame, conveyors).
Serve as main liaison for facility and automation issues with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors.
Conduct routine facility and safety inspections to identify maintenance needs and compliance risks.
Manage vendor relationships, monitor contract performance, and support budgeting and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and support business continuity.
