Job summary

CHAGEE is seeking a Sr. Facilities & Equipment Specialist (Contract) in Irvine to support day-to-day equipment and facilities readiness across our stores.

You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and coordinate maintenance with internal teams and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, vendor management, and installation support for new openings, with travel between locations as needed and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in facilities, equipment maintenance, field service, or a related technical role.
• Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience coordinating third-party technicians and service vendors.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, technical documentation, and manufacturer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for store equipment, maintenance, and facilities issues.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment-related problems; perform basic repairs.
• Coordinate service calls with vendors and track open service requests.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for store equipment.
• Assist with new store openings and equipment installation.
• Maintain equipment service history and documentation.
