Job summary

Flow seeks a Chief Engineer/Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance, security, and safety for our high-rise multifamily portfolio. You will supervise contracts, review proposals, and drive on-site efficiency, ensuring compliance with policies, budgets, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Class A high-rise multifamily buildings.
• Proficient in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for direct reports and contracts.
• Oversee inbound work orders and delegate tasks to teams.
• Set and track KPIs for the facilities management team.
• Schedule and organize workflows for facility projects and ensure deadlines.
• Review and approve repair/maintenance proposals; ensure quality and standards.
• Communicate workplace safety precautions effectively.
• Suggest facility design modifications to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client/tenant issues.
• Produce consolidated reports on budgets, contracts, expenditures and POs.
