Job summary

Flow is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee building maintenance, security, emergency preparedness, and cleanliness in alignment with company policies. You will supervise projects, review contracts, perform inspections, and train staff on workplace safety to ensure a well-managed, secure environment for all occupants.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field with 5+ years in Class A high-rise multifamily buildings, plus strong knowledge of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Class A high-rise multifamily buildings.
• Proficiency in English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and fire systems and safety standards.
• Experience with project planning tools like AutoCAD, Revit, BIM360.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules for direct reports and contracts.
• Oversee work order systems and delegate tasks to teams.
• Track KPIs for facilities management and monitor project status.
• Meet deadlines within allocated budget and ensure quality.
• Review repair and maintenance proposals and provide recommendations.
• Communicate workplace safety precautions clearly.
