Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Class A high-rise buildings.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building and grounds maintenance.
• Manage inbound requests and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct inspections and evaluate work quality.
