Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a Chief Engineer to supervise preventive maintenance, life safety systems, and utilities across our properties. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with corporate standards and local codes.

The role requires at least five years in building maintenance leadership, strong analytical and budgeting skills, and the ability to manage safety and guest satisfaction at a high level.

Qualifications

• Education: post-high school education or a certificate program in building maintenance, technology, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of building maintenance leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive maintenance programs and repairs to protect assets and guests.
• Manage life safety systems, utilities, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor expenses and assist in departmental budgeting and scheduling.
• Perform Manager-on-Duty shifts and coordinate with contractors for outside repairs.
