Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Five (5) years building mechanical equipment service or operator experience required.
• Active licenses/certifications as required and driver license.
• Ability to read diagrams, drawings, and manuals and interpret work orders.

Responsibilities

• Operates boiler and maintains mechanical equipment; logs gauge readings and safety checks.
• Ensures safety, sanitary, and security standards; oversees cleaning and operations of facilities.
• Trains and supervises custodians; coordinates snow removal and emergency tasks.
• Maintains records of inspections, training, inventory, and repairs.
• Oversees preventive maintenance on equipment and checks roof units and exhaust fans.
