In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems in commercial and industrial facilities. Your work will help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building operations across equipment that may include Rooftop Units (RTUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, Make-Up Air Units (MAUs), DOAS, Annex Air, energy management systems, exhaust fans, laundry equipment, fire alarm systems, water source heat pumps and refrigeration systems.
As the primary engineer assigned to the facility, you will be provided with a phone and laptop to support timely communication with clients and the team. In-person responses will occur during your regular shift, unless otherwise approved by the client.
