EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced facilities maintenance professional to lead HVAC operations, preventive maintenance, and building engineering across two Maryland sites.

You will coordinate third‑party vendors, manage work orders, and communicate with customer stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant building performance. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of facilities experience, BAS knowledge, and strong documentation and reporting skills in a regulated,

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in facilities maintenance, HVAC operations, or building engineering.
• Experience coordinating third‑party vendors and service providers.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification preferred; HVAC/mechanical certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of BAS, preventive maintenance programs, and maintenance reporting.

Responsabilités

• Perform HVAC preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, minor repairs, filter changes, and basic controls checks.
• Monitor BAS; respond to alarms and system performance concerns; support reliable operation of building systems.
• Coordinate lighting, plumbing, doors, and general building maintenance across multiple sites.
• Manage Corrigo work orders, document and track maintenance items, ensure accurate records.
• Coordinate specialty vendors, schedule services, review scopes, and verify service quality.
• Support invoice review, operational reporting, service metrics, and project visibility.
• Serve as on‑site liaison between EMCOR and customer stakeholders.
