Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Ability to read diagrams, sketches, blueprints, and work orders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for maintenance tasks.
• Proven leadership in supervising custodians and coordinating cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers and diverse mechanical equipment in the facility.
• Inspect facilities to ensure safety, sanitation, and security standards.
• Plan and oversee cleaning procedures; train and direct custodians as needed.
• Record area inspections, training, inventory, and equipment repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspect rooftop units and exhaust fans.
