Job summary

Rivian seeks a Senior Manager, Centralized Facilities Design to lead prototypical standards and the design development for scalable brand experiences. You will translate brand direction from Creative Studio into executable concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy across the physical footprint.

You will manage design teams, engage with stakeholders, and guide cost-aware, high-impact projects from programming through construction administration, delivering compelling customer

Qualifications

• 9+ years of architecture or interior design experience in scalable retail, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Figma and modern 3D spatial software.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept design development for new customer touchpoints and scalable standards.
• Collaborate with Creative Studio to ingest briefs and develop flagship projects.
• Program client needs with interviews, workshops and test fits to develop schemes.
• Lead projects through all design phases from programming to construction administration.
• Manage external Architects/Engineers to maintain design intent through execution.
• Design with storytelling through color, materiality, texture, technology and scale.
