Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the corporate mailroom and package distribution (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL).
• Coordinate mailing equipment maintenance and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Serve as primary contact for shipping vendors and resolve mail/delivery issues.
• Oversee daily office facilities operations and workplace services.
• Conduct routine inspections to keep the office clean, organized, and efficient.
• Respond to employee facilities requests and service tickets using Zendesk.
• Maintain copy rooms and common areas.
• Coordinate office moves and workstation setups for new hires.
• Prepare offices and workstations for onboarding.
