Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of ten years managing projects, facilities, programs, or initiatives related to infrastructure or maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop employees and contractors for facility operations and maintenance.
• Oversee the site-wide property management agreement and related subcontractors.
• Direct maintenance and asset-management programs across structural, electrical, mechanical, vertical transportation, and safety systems.
• Oversee the Maximo asset management system including documentation and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness, budget planning, and project delivery through contractors and programs.
