Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Senior Analyst to support operations in regulated spaces and assist property managers with repairs and investment planning.

You will manage vendor services, supervise high‑risk tasks, and coordinate across trades to ensure timely, compliant maintenance. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience are preferred; alternative combinations of experience and education will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3rd party vendor repair and maintenance services.
• Coordinate and supervise high-risk work and high-risk work permitting.
• Point of contact for front-line clients on various requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative.
• Apply standard procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Understand broader scope across related disciplines and model CBRE values.
