Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5–8 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ability to communicate performance expectations and handle difficult information.
• Leadership skills to motivate teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical thinking.
• Intermediate math skills for financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees; track training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
• Manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct meetings on facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and implement operational efficiencies and upgrades.
• Create environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Develop vendor relationships and oversee invoicing and purchase orders.
• Apply cross-functional knowledge to achieve department objectives.
• Lead by example consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
• Recognize broader impact across the department.
• Improve and change methods, processes, and standards.
