Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Analyst in Ashburn, VA to support operations of a set of assets, oversee maintenance staff and vendors, and assist with budgets and forecasting.

You will coordinate repairs, implement preventative tasks, and serve as the primary contact for front-line clients, applying standard procedures to deliver reliable facilities services. This role collaborates with site teams to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office apps.
• Strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct the installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items.
• Point of contact for all front-line clients on various requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
