Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Sr. Analyst in Irving, TX, to support the management of a portfolio of assets in regulated spaces.

You will oversee painting and patchwork, major repairs of architectural items, and installation of shelving and fixtures. You’ll coordinate with front-line clients and trades to ensure timely, compliant maintenance and investment planning. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 2–5 years of relevant facilities experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage painting and patchwork projects.
• Major repairs of architectural items, cabinets, doors, and windows.
• Direct the installation of shelving, tank holders, paper towel racks, coat hooks, and various items.
• Point of contact for all front-line clients on requests.
• Coordinate with trades personnel on maintenance tasks, corrective, and preventative.
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms.
