Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager to lead senior-level Facets configurations and optimization programs for healthcare payer clients. You will guide solution architecture, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor client teams to enable long-term operational success.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver scalable Facets configurations, improve auto-adjudication rates, and implement new lines of business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation, configuration, or solution architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Facets core modules including Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims.
• Strong experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and application configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS functionality, claims adjudication processing, and related data structures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Facets SME and trusted advisor for configuration architecture and best practices.
• Lead requirements discovery workshops, design sessions, and solution reviews.
• Assess current-state Facets environments and develop future-state optimization roadmaps.
• Design scalable solutions to improve claims processing and auto-adjudication performance.
• Partner with business and technical teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop and communicate project plans, implementation strategies, and configuration approaches.
