Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Facets Product Consultant to help healthcare payers optimize claims and benefits operations through deep Facets expertise and strategic consulting. You will lead requirements discovery, analyze processes, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.

The role offers remote work with occasional travel, collaborating with onshore and offshore teams within a healthcare consulting context.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with the TriZetto Facets platform in a business analysis or consulting capacity.
Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations: claims administration, benefits management, and EOC structures.
Experience conducting requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder workshops.
Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret configuration, and provide actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery workshops with client stakeholders to define objectives, processes, KPIs, and outcomes for claims and benefits.
Provide SME on Facets functionality including benefits configuration, EOC, claims processing, and payer operations.
Analyze requirements and system capabilities to identify options, troubleshoot issues, and recommend best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to interpret configuration and ensure alignment between needs and system functionality.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams while coordinating onshore and offshore delivery.
