Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Product & Benefits Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement healthcare benefit solutions on the Facets platform. You will collaborate with analysts, claims teams, product owners, and QA to deliver scalable and compliant configurations.

You will analyze benefit requirements, configure and validate Facets components, and develop documentation for implementations and testing. This remote US role emphasizes delivery excellence and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of healthcare payer experience with Facets configuration.
• 4+ years hands-on Facets Product & Benefits configuration experience.
• Deep understanding of benefit design including copays, deductibles, and network variations.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable configurations.
• Knowledge of impact across pricing, eligibility, and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit requirements and regulatory mandates to design Facets configurations.
• Configure, validate and maintain Facets Product & Benefits components.
• Assess impacts across membership networks pricing and accumulators.
• Develop configuration docs, mapping artifacts and logs.
• Create testing scenarios for deductibles, copays, coinsurance and OOP.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement sustainable solutions.
• Support product launches and production implementations.
