Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sr. Facets Product Consultant Manager to lead configuration, design, and implementation of Facets solutions for healthcare operations.

This remote, full-time role collaborates with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, care management, network management, and technology partners. You will translate requirements into scalable configurations, provide leadership with best practices, and support testing from test case development to defect resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare domain with Facets implementation or enhancement projects.
• Hands-on experience with Facets Product Benefits and Claims configuration.
• Experience in Facets modules including Benefits & Products, Eligibility, Coding, or Claims.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and experience supporting analysis, design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for client and team discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facets product configuration, design, and implementation across benefits, claims, and related healthcare domains.
• Translate business requirements into Facets configuration solutions and participate in global design sessions.
• Provide configuration leadership ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, test, and deploy healthcare solutions.
• Support testing initiatives including test case development, QA, UAT, and defect resolution.
