Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a Facets Product & Benefits Consultant to design, configure, test, and implement healthcare products and benefit plans within the Facets platform. This remote-US role collaborates with analysts, QA, product owners, and operations to deliver scalable benefit solutions.
Applicants must have extensive Facets configuration experience, healthcare payer knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or healthcare.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of healthcare payer experience with Facets Product & Benefits configuration.
- Strong expertise in Facets configuration, implementation and troubleshooting.
- Deep understanding of healthcare benefit design, copays, deductibles and networks.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable configuration solutions.
- Knowledge of benefits, eligibility, pricing, and claims interfacing.
- Experience supporting end-to-end testing, defect resolution and production validation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze benefit requirements and regulatory mandates to design Facets configurations.
- Configure, validate, and maintain Facets Product & Benefits components.
- Assess impacts across membership, networks, pricing, accumulators and claims.
- Develop configuration docs, mapping artifacts and decision logs.
- Create testing scenarios to validate benefit logic and network benefits.
- Troubleshoot defects and partner with teams to implement fixes and launches.
