Job summary

Cognizant seeks a Senior Facets Product Configuration Lead to drive end-to-end configuration, design, and implementation for healthcare payer clients. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, architects, developers, and client partners to enable accurate claims adjudication and benefits administration.

This remote, full-time position offers opportunities to mentor analysts, improve operational efficiency, and advance platform stability within Cognizant's Healthcare Payer team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare payer configuration, benefits administration, and claims adjudication.
• Strong expertise with Facets Technical and Facets Product Configuration Build.
• Experience designing/configuring solutions across payer platforms.
• Understanding of payer operations, benefit structures, and claims workflows.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, defect mgmt, and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL/PLSQL/SSIS or related data/integration tech.
• Leadership experience, stakeholder mgmt, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product configuration and build within Facets and payer platforms.
• Translate requirements into scalable configuration designs and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business, operations, and tech teams to validate outcomes.
• Drive defect management, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor configuration specialists and establish best practices and docs.
