Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Lead Facets Product Consultant to provide deep Facets platform expertise and lead solution design for healthcare clients. This remote USA role focuses on optimizing configuration architecture to improve claims processing and auto-adjudication while enabling new business lines.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and client leadership to deliver innovative Facets solutions that drive operational excellence and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with TriZetto Facets in payer environments.
• Facets SME, Product Consultant, or Design Lead experience.
• Strong expertise across Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, Claims, and ITS.
• Deep understanding of Facets configuration architecture and data structures.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and design workshops.
• Strong root-cause analysis for complex configuration issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; can influence stakeholders.
• Experience working with onshore and offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Facets SME and trusted advisor for core Facets applications and sub-modules.
• Lead requirements discovery workshops and design sessions to translate business needs.
• Evaluate current Facets environments and develop roadmaps to optimized future-state architecture.
• Provide advanced analysis, troubleshooting, and solution recommendations for complex issues.
• Partner with business and technical teams to implement solutions across Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, Claims, ITS.
• Support Facets ITS initiatives and application enhancements across healthcare environments.
• Collaborate within onshore and offshore delivery models to ensure project success.
