Job summary
Cognizant seeks a remote Facets Products Consultant Manager to lead healthcare payer implementations. You will serve as senior consulting lead and SME for Facets core apps, guiding configuration, design, and optimization to improve auto-adjudication and new business deployments.
You will collaborate with clients and global delivery teams, mentor client staff, and develop strategic roadmaps, ensuring scalable, high-performing Facets solutions aligned with business goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years with TriZetto Facets in consulting.
- Deep expertise in Facets modules: Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims.
- Strong experience conducting requirements gathering and solution design.
- Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS and claims processing.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops and design sessions.
- Translate business needs into Facets configurations.
- Develop future-state optimization roadmaps.
- Improve claims auto-adjudication and processing efficiency.
- Mentor client teams and drive adoption.
- Collaborate across onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Provide project plans and implementation strategies.
