Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager to lead senior consulting engagements for Facets core applications. This remote US role focuses on guiding configuration, workshop delivery, and roadmap development to optimize claims auto-adjudication and new business implementations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architecture teams, and delivery squads to design scalable Facets configurations, mentor client teams, and drive transformation across onshore/offshore delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting, implementation or architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Facets core modules: Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, Claims.
• Strong requirements gathering, business process analysis and design skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS functionality and claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Facets SME and trusted advisor on configuration architecture.
• Run requirements workshops and translate needs into configurations.
• Assess current Facets environments and craft future-state roadmaps.
• Design scalable solutions to improve claims processing and auto-adjudication.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Develop project plans and implementation strategies for new business.
• Provide leadership throughout projects including risk and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor client teams and transfer product knowledge for long-term success.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery for successful outcomes.
• Support ITS initiatives, enhancements and production support.
