Cognizant is seeking a Facets Design Specialist (Remote - USA) to serve as a trusted advisor and solution architect for Facets core applications. You will lead requirements workshops, translate business needs into effective Facets solutions, and drive modernization through roadmap development and architecture guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years with TriZetto Facets implementation and optimization.
• Deep expertise in Facets modules: Benefits, Providers, Enrollment, Claims.
• Experience leading requirements, design, and configuration workshops.
• Understanding healthcare payer ops and Facets best practices.
• Experience developing roadmaps for modernization and optimization.
• Ability translate business/technical requirements into scalable architectures.
• Experience with product upgrades, maintenance, and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Facets data models and architecture.
• Proven ability to present to executives and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; onshore/offshore delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead Facets SME, guiding design, configuration strategy and optimization.
• Lead requirements discovery and workshops translating needs into solutions.
• Assess current Facets environments and map future-state roadmaps.
• Provide architecture recommendations and integration approaches.
• Lead proofs of concept and design discussions aligned with client needs.
