Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Products Consultant Manager to lead as SME for Facets core applications and sub-modules. You will provide strategic guidance, solution design leadership, and configuration expertise to help healthcare payer clients optimize Facets functionality, improve claims auto-adjudication rates, implement new lines of business, and maximize platform value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in consulting or implementation.
• Deep expertise in Facets core modules: Benefits, Provider, Enrollment, and Claims.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and solution design.
• Advanced knowledge of Facets ITS and claims adjudication.
• Proven ability to develop optimization roadmaps.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery workshops and design sessions.
• Translate business needs into Facets configurations.
• Assess current-state environments and propose future-state roadmaps.
• Design scalable solutions to improve processing and auto-adjudication.
• Mentor client teams and transfer product knowledge.
• Collaborate with delivery teams across global locations.
• Provide project plans and implementation strategies.
• Support transformation programs and production support.
