Qualifications

• 15+ years as an experienced Lead Welder, Lead Fitter, Fabrication Lead, Structural Steel Lead, or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.
• Strong knowledge of welding and structural fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support fabrication shop personnel.
• Oversee welding, fit-up, structural fabrication, and assembly activities.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Drive production schedules, efficiency, and first-pass quality.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
