Qualifications

• 15+ years as an experienced Lead Welder, Lead Fitter, Fabrication Lead, Structural Steel Lead, or similar role.
• Ability to read blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols.
• Strong knowledge of welding and structural fabrication processes.

Trillium Staffing is now seeking aFabrication Managerin Houston, TX for a direct-hire opportunity!

Pay range is$30-$40/hr. DOE. Schedule is 6 am-4:30/5pm Monday-Friday with some Saturdays as needed.
