Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) to help clients navigate complex accounting issues across industries. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, influence strategy, and develop creative solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You’ll travel regularly to meet with key clients and work across EY’s service lines to deliver exceptional, integrated advisory services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline.
• Eligibility to obtain US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Knowledge of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of mentoring and improving a team of high-performing colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on complex accounting issues.
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy and manage risk.
• Help ensure Engagement team understands clients’ needs, ambitions and expectations.
• Build relationships across service lines to provide integrated service.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and processes.
