Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team to drive growth across industries. You’ll listen to clients, deliver strategic, tailored solutions, and guide engagement teams through complex accounting scenarios.

Regular travel to meet key clients is required. The role emphasizes building client relationships, identifying opportunities beyond accounting, and contributing to a culture of integrity and high performance within a flexible, hybrid work

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and 8+ years of experience as an auditor in a public accounting firm.
US CPA licensure in your work state.
Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
Deep understanding of the marketplace and commonly used terminology, processes and tools.
Proven record of excellence when managing, mentoring and improving a team.
Ability to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations and new technologies.

Responsibilities

Consulting with clients on complex accounting issues.
Collaborating with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectations.
Ensuring the Engagement team thoroughly understands the client’s needs and expectations.
Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines for seamless service.
Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve products and processes.
