Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; 3–5 years of audit experience in public accounting
• Eligibility to obtain US CPA licensure in your state
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge
• Knowledge of marketplace, terminology, processes and tools
• Proven record of excellence in managing and mentoring teams
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed
• Access to reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on complex accounting issues
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy
• Ensure Engagement team thoroughly understands clients’ needs, ambitions and expectations
